With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, Jennifer Svienty combines analytical expertise with a personalized, client-focused approach to property appraisal. After earning her BBA in Finance from James Madison University and a Master’s in Education from Regent University, Jennifer honed her skills in valuing businesses and managing operations in the telecom and homebuilding industries.
 

Her experience as a county assessor in Loudoun County, Virginia, and later as a math and business teacher, deepened her insight into both property markets and the art of clear communication. Since moving to North Carolina in 2020, Jennifer has become a Certified Residential Appraiser in both Carolinas, serving a wide range of clients and properties.
 

In 2025, she founded Svienty RE LLC, a company grounded in integrity, precision, and personalized service. Outside of work, you’ll find Jennifer staying active hiking with her dogs, golfing, playing tennis and pickleball, and enjoying time with her family. She’s also a dedicated Washington, D.C. sports fan and a proud JMU alum—Go Dukes!
